Despite the merger of Veikkaus and RAY in early 2017, gambling gets high scores again this year. Customers moving online has forced Veikkaus to develop online gambling experiences. The industry fares very well compared with others in Finland, ranking second this year.
Veikkaus’ grades fall slightly from last year but its performance stays above the ‘satisfactory’ level. The company should increase its efforts to also provide great gambling experiences in mobile in order to stay competitive among its international peers.
