The Finnish branch of the telecom firm Telia loses last year’s first place and ranks second this year. Telia fares well in almost all the dimensions but has an exceptional digital customer service, scoring the highest points in the e-CRM dimension across the Nordics. However, the company could still improve in e-commerce compared with the digital forerunners as well as with this year’s winner. Surprisingly, the company performs poorly in digital marketing this year.
